These terms apply to your use of kestrelvinemedia.com (the "site"), operated by Kestrel & Vine Media ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

Informational site

The site describes our services and is provided for general information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it is professional, legal, financial or tax advice.

Written agreement governs work

Any engagement with us is governed solely by a written agreement signed or accepted by both parties. That agreement sets out the scope of work, fees, term, access arrangements and responsibilities. If anything on this site conflicts with the written agreement, the agreement prevails.

Results vary

Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, pricing, budget, sales process and the policies and decisions of advertising platforms. We do not guarantee any number of enquiries, sales or return on spend, and we do not guarantee that any ad will be approved or remain live. Meta and other platforms make their own review and enforcement decisions.

Client responsibilities

If you become a client, you are responsible for:

• owning and maintaining your ad account, Page and payment method, and paying ad spend directly to the platform;
• granting access only through the platform's permission tools, and never sharing passwords;
• the accuracy and lawfulness of your offers, claims, images and landing pages;
• handling lead and customer data in line with the laws that apply to you, including consent and privacy notices;
• complying with the advertising policies and terms of the platforms you use; and
• responding to enquiries in a timely and professional way.

What we do not do

We do not rent, lend or sell ad accounts, and we do not help circumvent platform rules or review systems. We may decline or end work that would require us to do so.

Independent brand

Kestrel & Vine Media is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of their respective owners. We use those names only to describe the platforms we work with.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design and illustrations belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site's content. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
