This policy explains how Kestrel & Vine Media ("we", "us") handles information in connection with kestrelvinemedia.com. The site is a simple, static website. We have kept what it does with your information deliberately minimal.

What this website does not do

• It does not use analytics or visitor-tracking tools.
• It does not load advertising pixels, retargeting tags or social media tracking scripts.
• It does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it has no accounts, forms or checkout.

Email enquiries

If you email us at hello@kestrelvinemedia.com, we receive your email address, any name you include and the content of your message. We use that information to read and respond to your enquiry and, if we begin working together, to manage that relationship. Please do not include passwords or payment details in an email.

We keep enquiry emails only as long as is reasonably needed for those purposes, or longer if required by law.

Hosting provider

This website is delivered by a third-party hosting provider. Like any web host, it processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of request, in order to deliver the site, keep it secure and maintain server logs. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.

Google Fonts

Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google receives your IP address and standard request information. Google's handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy. We do not control it.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our email and hosting providers, or where the law requires.

Client work

If you become a client, the handling of advertising account access and any lead data will be set out in our written agreement. Clients remain responsible for the data they collect from their own customers.

Your rights and requests

This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children.
